These Terms & Conditions apply to all experiences offered under ITADAKI JDM EXPERIENCE, operated by Amazing Car Life (“ITADAKI”). By making a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Bookings & Payment
A booking is confirmed only after full payment has been received and a booking confirmation has been issued. Guests are responsible for providing accurate contact, guest, and pickup information. Prices are shown and charged in Japanese yen unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations and rescheduling requests are governed by our Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. One complimentary reschedule may be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Rescheduling must be arranged directly with us.

Experience & Itinerary Changes
Routes, stops, timing, meeting points, vehicles, and itinerary details may change because of weather, traffic, road closures, police restrictions, venue conditions, vehicle issues, or other safety and operational circumstances. When the experience can still operate safely, such changes do not normally qualify for a refund. If we cannot operate the experience, guests may choose a full refund or a complimentary reschedule.

Nature of the Experience
ITADAKI provides guided automotive and cultural experiences. We do not provide taxi, transfer, transportation, or ride-share services. The experience is conducted on public roads and is subject to normal traffic laws and road conditions.

Safety & Guest Conduct
Guests must follow the host’s reasonable safety instructions, wear seat belts where required, and behave respectfully toward local communities, venues, vehicles, staff, and other guests. Reckless driving, drifting, racing, dangerous driving, or requests for illegal activity are strictly prohibited. We may stop or refuse an experience when conduct creates a safety or legal risk.

Late Arrival & No-Show
If you expect to be late, please contact us as soon as possible. Guests who are more than 15 minutes late without notice may be treated as a no-show, and the experience may be cancelled without a refund.

Photography & Personal Belongings
Photos or videos may be taken during the experience with appropriate permission. Guests should tell us if they do not wish to appear in promotional content. Guests remain responsible for their personal belongings during the experience.

Independent Operation
ITADAKI is independently operated by Amazing Car Life. References to vehicle manufacturers, brands, venues, or locations describe the experience and do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or official affiliation unless expressly stated.
