Cancellation & changesFull refund for cancellation at least 24 hours before the start. Contact ITADAKI at least 24 hours ahead to request one complimentary reschedule, subject to availability. Cancellations within 24 hours and confirmed same-day bookings are non-refundable.
Routes and stops may change with weather, traffic, road closures or venue conditions. If ITADAKI cannot operate the experience, you may choose a full refund or a complimentary reschedule.
